Confidential online video sessions are offered during nights and weekends. They are held from the comfort of your own home or office to keep privacy and comfort in mind. All sessions are completed with a HIPAA compliant video-chat platform.
We see clients ages 18 & up who reside in Florida.

Some surgeries require psychological evaluation and clearance. For these type of visits you can expect a full 60min evaluation, assessments, recommendations for success and a formal clearance letter *if deemed appropriate for surgical intervention*. If necessary, follow up visits may be required to work on readiness for surgery before clearance is given.
*An initial evaluation does NOT guarantee clearance*
We currently DO NOT offer evaluations for Spine, Bariatric or Organ Transplant surgeries.
Cost: $300 for evaluation and letter
